Protecting employee data is critical to the success of our business. As such, i2Verify Inc. operates according to the following privacy principles:
All of the business and/or personal information we use to conduct business on or off-line is considered confidential. This information is protected by usernames and passwords. You should keep your password and user name confidential. We believe in practicing up-to-date security practices and using industry standard security devices to protect this information from any loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and/or destruction. Examples include (but are not limited to) firewalls and TLS 256-bit encryption (to protect transmission of sensitive data). i2Verify also employs a qualified staff of computer technicians to ensure quality service and secure data flow.
i2Verify will not access, modify, or otherwise divulge the statistical information we store except for the express purpose of generating in-house reports, or unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of i2Verify (3) enforce our agreements with customers and visitors; or (4) troubleshoot any service problems. Employee data protection is our number one concern.
When you visit the site or use the service, we use session “cookies” – a piece of information stored on your computer – to allow the site or service to uniquely identify your browser while you are logged in. Session cookies also help us confirm your identity and are required in order to use the Service. i2Verify uses persistent cookies that only i2Verify can read and use, to identify you as an i2Verify customer and make it easier for you to log in to the service. Users who disable their web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our site, but may not be able to access or take advantage of the service.
As you browse i2Verify, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partners then enable us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with i2Verify. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. You can visit this page to opt out our partners' targeted advertising.
i2Verify requires users to register for service. The information required in registration is contact information (such as their name and e-mail address), and/or financial information (such as a credit card number and billing address). This personal and financial information allows us to process your requests, register your account, and process transactions.
When you submit comments and questions on our products via the feedback command, we also ask for your e-mail address. This is to allow us to contact you if there are questions about your feedback.
Like many companies that accept payment by credit card, i2Verify may share customers' personal information with qualified third parties in order to process your order or perform a credit worthiness check.
Customers have access to personal information about them that is stored in the i2Verify database. Through the web-based administrative pages, customers can correct this information when needed. This is the only place that a customer must change their information to ensure full functionality of the i2Verify service.
